We offer refunds under the following condition only:

• If we are unable to deliver the agreed service as per the campaign format within the promised timeframe.
   

Refund Process
 

• Refund requests can be initiated after a waiting period of 30 days from the date of payment.

• Upon verification of the issue, refunds will be processed within 30 working days.
   

Additional Notes
 

• Refunds will not be granted for any other reason, including but not limited to user dissatisfaction, account status changes, or other external factors.

• Refunds may take 3 to 10 business days to appear on your payment method.
